• All materials shall be dispatched only after receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Estimated dispatch schedules shall be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• Santa Traders shall not be held liable for any delays caused by courier partners, transport agencies, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch of the materials from our facility
